A Rare Clinical Case of Prenatal Diagnosis of Isolated Right Lung Agenesis with Cardiac Dextraposition: Features of Differential Diagnosis

Abstract

This article presents a rare case of isolated right lung agenesis with cardiac dextraposition in the fetus, interpreted as dextracardia at 22 weeks of pregnancy. The issues of differential diagnosis of isolated right lung agenesis with right heart displacement with dextracardia and other types of dextraposition are discussed.
