The influence of tactical mental practice in developing the performance of the fast attack stages of juniors handball players

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to identifying the influence of tactical mental practices in
developing the performance of the most important individual and group fast attack formations
with the numerical increase of emerging handball players, as well as identifying the
differences between the experimental and control groups in the individual and collective fast
attack. The research community was the young players in the Specialized Center for Handball
/ Ministry of Youth in the Musayyib district, which numbered (16 players) and represented
(12) players, including the research sample. The researchers used a set of Statistical Package
for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the most important of which were (arithmetic mean , standard
deviation , skewness coefficient , t-test for interconnected samples , t-test for independent
samples , and Leven test). A set of conclusions was reached, the most important of which was
the mental practice has a positive and moral effect on the performance of the individual and
collective rapid attack in its various formations. Also, focusing on developing mental
processes that affect performance necessarily leads to the development of performance in all
its forms, whether skillful or tactical.
