The Fuzzy Decision Operations for Fulfilling the Need of Patient Using Removable Dental Prosthesis

Abstract
Candida albicans is the microorganismthat harms the oral cavity, mostly in aged patients. However, the existence of this microorganism is high in patients who are using removable dental prosthesis. Thus it is required to test the anti candidal efficacy of the pocket friendly and easily available products that can be used as routine denture cleansers. So aim of the study is to implement fuzzy decision operations to select best available denture cleansers for subjects using removable dental prosthesis.
Fuzzy decision operations are implemented on the candidal count of the subjects using removable dental prosthesis.Denture cleanser is required to clean their dentures routinely. Fuzzy intersection operation is used to test the anticandidal efficacy of the pocket friendly, easily available products that can be used as routine denture cleansers.The results of the present study shows that among the two denture cleansers Triphalachurna and Chlorhexidinegluconate, Triphala has a better antifungal property than that of Chlorhexidinegluconateon heat cure denture base material. It is easily available, cost-effective, and has tremendous advantages which makes this magical herb one of the best alternatives to the current antimicrobials which are being used. In future, Triphala can be rolled into the production of mouthwash which can be preserved for longer duration as it is herbal product. For many developing countries like India and worldwide where majority of the population is in the middle income range and elderly population is higher, this cost-effective and time-tested herb could prove as an effective mouthwash and a denture cleanser.
In this model, performance of denture cleanser in regard to lowering of candidal count towards patient satisfaction is introduced. Fuzzy operations are used for obtaining patients satisfaction and reducing the basic costs for enhancing the efficiency of supply chain management.
