Personnel’s Involvement to Issuance of Rules and Regulations in Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, Thailand

Abstract

In order a making the rules and regulations to applicable of personnel, it is important to consider as involvement to effective and in the best interest of administration and operations, as well as the ability to mitigate conflicts that may arise. This study aimed to analyze personnel's involvement to issuance of rules and regulations in Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, Thailand. Mixed method research to study was conducted. It is involved 20 key informants and 250 samples of the personnel in Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. The collections to documentary study, interview, survey by questionnaire to the data. Findings report the personnel's involvement to issuance of rules and regulations at “key” of 6 factors including Co- conjunction, Co- planning, Co-operation, Co- follows up participation,  Co- assessment, Co- responsibility. CFA showed that all factors at statistically significant a level of .01. Establishing a process for participation in all sectors of work by following rules and regulations to effectiveness from the communication to creating understanding, creating a culture, building stability for the university and being a centre for personnel to practice and work together to achieve the goals.
