Abstract
Salinity is one of the main problems confrontagricultural lands limits plant growth and reduced crop production. Global research strongly emphasizes the need to adopt environmentally friendly agricultural practices to reduce the effects of salinity on both soil and plants, and organic fertilizers are considered one of the successful methods in this field, as fertilizers are prepared the nutritional requirements in the soil of the plant, prevent the aggregation of plant pests, and increase the productivity and quality of agricultural crops. In this study, the organic fertilizer was used to treatment the negative effects of salinity on the germination factor of Vicia faba; the salinity reduced the germination index, while the organic fertilizer treated its negative effects
