Abstract

Big Data has forever been a challenge for crime investigation agencies, it can also be beneficial to them make to track and detect patterns to forbid crimes and also eradicate them. This system lays emphasis on recent obstacles in investigations into crime which are incidental to Big Data – and different strategies to overcome criminal activities. The final outcome of the proposed  will be helpful among police departments, FBI agencies and law enforcement organizations to properly get to know the criminal activities and give the statistics that will assist them to detect these issues, foretell the probability of these incidents, efficiently launch resources and optimize the decision making process. Crime prediction makes use of past data and, after analysing it, forecasts future crimes based on location and time. Traditional methods become less effective as their ability to deliver desired information in a timely and resource-constrained manner degrades. To prevent and combat crime, one promising choice Computational techniques focused on advanced data analytics are being used for investigations. As a result, machine learning and computer modelling should be included in the investigations. One of the solutions is computational, which provides quick and effective data analysis to get minute details in huge and unorganized data sets.
