Abstract

         The importance of research appears in identifying the degree of professional compatibility in the institution through the relationship between the supervisor and the environment in which he works, knowing his tendencies and desires in the teacher that are compatible with his capabilities and abilities, developing the spirit of commitment and encouraging the incentive for creativity to achieve professional compatibility, and to predict them in order to reach the best results and reduce damages as much as possible, professional compatibility has become necessary for the individual’s success in his work and his ability to adapt to work conditions and requirements. Therefore, success in a profession requires the individual’s ability to adapt to the physical and social work environment and establish more harmonious relationships than he feels for the importance of himself and strive to develop it within his available capabilities and abilities and make the utmost efforts. Continuous success and professional compatibility has several manifestations. The first of these aspects is job satisfaction, as it reflects the employee’s satisfaction with work and the components of the work environment, and some of them relate to the level of work and its requirements, and some of them relate to the individual’s own personality. The relationship with colleagues, bosses, and work-related differences have all become important factors in achieving professional coordination.
