What Lies Beneath: Studying Mathematical Principles as the Fundamental Building Blocks of our Reality
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study endeavors to see how viewing mathematical structures and patterns as the fundamental features of our reality will help us to find numerous undiscovered correspondences between physical phenomena and number systems. The study will look at real numbers, complex numbers, quaternions, octonions, and sedenions and attempt to explore how these numbers can help us to gain insight into various complex quantum mechanical phenomena. The study will also conceive of a mathematical multiverse as the ultimate ensemble within which all its component universes will lie embedded but for which grasping the structure of the ultimate, ensemble universe will always be impossible.
