Article Review: Microbial Cellulases: Types and Applications
Main Article Content
Abstract
There was a diverse range of microorganisms, including fungus, bacteria, and actinomycetes, release a complex group of enzymes known as cellulases. Cellulose is destroyed by cellulases. Endoglucanase, exoglucanase, and -glucosidase must cooperate for cellulase to function properly. Numerous industries, including the food industry, the textile industry, the paper and pulp industry, and the production of biofuels, use cellulase. Because of the importance of cellulase this review discuses the basic point about this enzyme.
