Abstract

In this article the multidisciplinary approach for oral rehabilitation is discussed. The treatment plan for this case was structured into six phases in which different disciplines were utilized to improve patient’s oral function and esthetics. In the pre-prosthetic phase, diagnostic wax-up was made to correct the proportionality of anterior teeth, and bone graft was placed to allow successful placement of the dental implant. The conservative esthetic treatments employed included direct resin-based composite restorations, ceramic onlays and inlays, full crowns, and implants. The result was a significantly improved oral function and smile in terms of color, shape and the proportions of the anterior teeth.
