Abstract
Thestateofthefactorsoflocalimmunityoftheoralcavityintheoralfluidbeforeandafterprostheticswiththeuseoffixedstructuresmadeofcermetandzirconiummaterialswasstudiedin180peopleaged20-70yearsand30practicallyhealthypeopleinthecomparisongroupofthesameage.TheoralfluiddeterminedandreferringlevelsofproinflammatorycytokinesIL-1β,IL-6,FNO-αandanti-inflammatorycytokineIL-10.Itwaswellestablishedand(straight)dependingsstateofimmunehomeostasis(cytokinestatus)oralmucosaofmaterialorthodonticsecondstructure.
