Synthesis, Identification and Anticancer Studying of Heterocyclic- Mefenamic Drug Via Thiosemicarbazide

Abstract

This study involvedsynthesisof (thiadiazole,triazole, thiadiazine, andheterocyclic-azo) andbio-studying of compounds that containing effective groups linked with mefenamicacid drug via cyclizationreaction ofthiosemicarbazide with mefenamicdrug toyieldnew drug- derivatives.All reactions are followedby (TLC) chromatographicand all the synthesized compounds have been identifiedbyusingvariouschemical techniques, like (¹H.NMR-spectra,¹³C.NMR-spectra, FT.IR- spectra), melting points,physical propertiesand studying ofits effectonbreast cancer cells.
