Motivating Students for Tourism Development

Abstract
The author examines the formation of professional motivation among students of a tourism university in the process of practical training. The aim of the research is theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the model of formation of professional motivation and the complex of pedagogical conditions for its effective functioning.
