Among the advantages of using this food delivery service include saving time, saving money, saving energy and so on. As for the weaknesses of food delivery services, it can be seen in terms of the risk of hazards that can threaten the safety of food delivery workers, the use of large capital for small amounts of food, food hygiene and so on. When this study is completed, we can identify the satisfaction of each individual with this food service. Perception of value and quality of services provided to customers, the higher the level customer satisfaction and loyalty.
